Emerald Swing is a three day dance festival in Dublin, Ireland. It takes place in late February and features Lindy Hop classes taught by Gunnhild Ager-Wick and Ruben Garred and Balboa classes taught by Albert Ferran-Toll and Fancy Dougherty

Come to Ireland to dance in February 2026! Emerald Swing is a three day swing dancing festival.

Friday and Saturday evening will have two taster classes followed by DJing and live music. Saturday and Sunday morning to afternoon will feature tracks in Lindy Hop and Balboa.

Lindy Hop will be taught by Gunnhild Ager-Wick and Ruben Garred. Balboa will be taught by Albert Ferran-Toll and Fancy Dougherty.

There are two levels for each style: core and accelerated. Each group has 6 hours of class: 3 with their own group, 3 open classes shared with the other. The first open class on Saturday will be used to determine which groups students will be split into.
